1. How far in advance do I need to book my rental?
Your rental can be booked at any time prior to 24 hours before your rental date. We suggest that holiday’s and holiday weekends are booked at least a month or two in advance. These dates tend to book up quickly.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
We require that you make any cancellation at least 72 hours in advance.
3. Do you require a deposit?
We require a $50 deposit on all rentals to avoid last minute cancellations. Therefore we have a chance to still rent out the unit.
4. What type of surfaces do you set-up the inflatables on?
Grass, concrete, asphalt, and dirt are the preferred ground surfaces for the units.
5. Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to parks. If using a shelter you will need to contact the park to ensure that the electricity is working. Otherwise you will need a generator.
*If event is at a Louisville Metro Park a permit is required (per the city of Louisville) you will need to contact Metro Parks at 502-368-5865
6. Can the inflatables be set-up indoors?
Yes. The inflatables are good for both indoors and outdoors. We require that the space has enough ceiling height and space so that it is not a fire hazard. Gymnasiums are the perfect indoor facility.
7. When will the rental(s) be delivered?
Deliveries are generally made between 9 am & 12 pm. If this time frame does not meet your needs, please let us know and we can make other arrangements.
